Lindsey is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, and a living testament to the power of determination and grit. With a lifetime immersed in fitness, her journey began long before her accolades as a runner and coach—it started at just four years old in the world of gymnastics and competitive cheerleading. Over nearly two decades, she competed at state and national levels, earning multiple national titles and All-Star awards. The gym was her second home, instilling in her the discipline, strength, and passion that have shaped her career.
Her love for running came later in life, after becoming a mother of three. In 2017, Lindsey discovered running as a new challenge, and it quickly evolved into a competitive pursuit. She has since completed half marathons, marathons, and countless races locally and internationally, including a half marathon at 30 weeks pregnant and a 5th-place overall finish at the Cairns Pink City Half Marathon in Jaipur, India. Her journey is nothing short of extraordinary, overcoming obstacles such as a stroke, epilepsy, and nearly 20 foot surgeries. Yet she continues to defy odds, returning stronger each time.
Lindsey’s background in gymnastics, cheerleading, and competitive running gives her a unique edge as a trainer. Her deep understanding of biomechanics, athletic performance, and mental resilience is the foundation of her coaching style.
